Now its another smart move from Sony that, they made a desktop softawre to create Xperia theme easily. According to Sony you can customize over 300 components. Theme Creator has the option to export the theme as an unsigned apk which you have to sign manually.The Theme Creator developed in Java so you should install JRE in your desktop.
